Faith Church of New Orleans is a local Southern Baptist church committed to the Lordship of Jesus Christ, the authority of Scripture, and the mission of making disciples.
We are a church family where people gather to worship God, grow through His Word, serve one another, and share the hope of the gospel with New Orleans and beyond. Whether you have followed Christ for many years, are returning to church, or are simply asking questions, you are welcome here.
Our mission
Faith Church of New Orleans exists to glorify Jesus Christ by worshiping faithfully, proclaiming the gospel, making disciples, serving our community, and growing together in biblical fellowship.
Everything we do flows from that purpose. We believe the local church is called to glorify Christ through worship, evangelism, discipleship, ministry, and fellowship.
Our belief
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the foundation for our faith and practice. We believe there is one true God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—and that salvation is found through faith in Jesus Christ alone.
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, that He lived without sin, died for our sins, rose from the dead, and will return in glory. We believe every person is called to repent, believe the gospel, and follow Christ in faith and obedience.
Faith Church of New Orleans accepts The Baptist Faith and Message as an affirmation of basic Christian beliefs and a general statement of our faith.
Our Church Family
Faith Church is more than a place to attend on Sunday. We are a family of believers seeking to walk with Christ together.
We value biblical teaching, meaningful prayer, sincere worship, loving fellowship, and practical service. We want to be a church where people are known, encouraged, cared for, and challenged to grow in their faith.
We value the opportunity to know one another personally and serve alongside one another faithfully.
Our Heart for New Orleans
We love our city and want to be a faithful presence in New Orleans. We believe the gospel changes lives, strengthens families, brings hope to the hurting, and calls believers to love their neighbors well.
Through worship, ministry, outreach, missions, and everyday relationships, we seek to show the love of Christ and share His good news with our community.
Our Leadership
Faith Church is led under the headship of Jesus Christ and seeks to follow Scripture in all matters of faith and practice.
Our pastor provides spiritual leadership through prayer, biblical preaching, teaching, and care for the church family. Deacons, ministry leaders, and church members serve together to support the work and mission of the church.
